The firm

The firm is located in the hinterland of Nice and carries out valuations throughout the PACA region, as well as nationally if you have widely dispersed properties.

The firm is run by Marion Mabille, initially a lawyer with experience in Germany and England, with experience in traditional and life annuity property transactions and now a graduate of the Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitat (ICH) (appraiser course), and approved by the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France (CEIF).

Depending on the assignment you entrust to us, the firm works with the best professionals, including notaries, lawyers, tax specialists, property diagnosticians, architects and construction economists.

The hourly rate is around €150 excluding VAT, plus expenses and disbursements. The price of an appraisal depends on the time spent, the difficulty of the property and the scope of the assignment.
